I think we can argue that today's Democrat is more of a traitor than this guy was. Hopefully history will give them their fame one day as well.

You'd think Schumer would be smarter with such a large head.

This hyperbole is as bad as when people compare Trump to Hitler.

Arnold was trusted with West Point and was caught attempting to sell its capture to the British at a time when that action would have crippled the Army and likely lost the Revolutionary War.

The Dems aren’t all Stalin and the Republicans aren’t all Hitler. We need to get away from crap like this.

Can’t blame the guy. The US completely screwed him over and the US was still in its infancy.

Dems are trying to turn this country over to other faltering country's cast aways while neglecting the American citizen. The numbers they allow in don't matter to them and it's a coordinated effort. Arnold may have been given a bad deal and felt betrayed, explaining his actions. The Dems were never wronged before wronging their entire country. Therefore, they are more traitorous than Arnold.

You either don’t understand Arnold’s history (he basically felt unfairly passed over for promotion, but still held an extremely high rank and he fell in with British sympathizers and due to this attempted to give the British a major stronghold in exchange for money and higher rank in the British Army) or you don’t understand why that act should receive the death penalty.

The analogy was a stretch and serves no useful purpose.

Where did I say that "his act shouldn't have recieved the death penalty"?

Arnold sold out his own. The Dems are doing the same. They should be held to the same fire as he was. Is that better for you?

No. A difference of political opinion is not the same as treason by a general to attempt to lose a war and give up troops under your command.

On that we disagree.

If memory serves he lived out his days in England since he was vilified in the US. However, the British people didn't have much use for him either. Perhaps if the Brits had won he would have been more comfortable in his retirement there.

Immigration is completely different than a war.

To believe otherwise is a reflection on your understanding of the word war.
