Remember Rosanne Boyland who was crushed in a stampede of fellow rioters as they surged against the police

Unarmed, and posing no threat of death or grave bodily injury to the officer or a 3rd party.

Yes. It does. Just as I said. To her left. It’s not directly in front of her.

There was absolutely no way she could have seen him from the angle he was at and the angle she was at. Up until that time there had been a police barricade blocking that officer from EVERYONE'S field of view. She was jumping through a crack in the barricade when he came out from the door off to the left and fired into her. She likely never saw who shot her.

I'm not saying that she wasn't breaking the law. She was clearly trespassing and should have been arrested for climbing over a police barricade. But let's not act like her shooting was justified. She was unarmed, unwarned, and trespassing on federal property has seldom ever resulted in shoot to kill orders being passed to the police.

Had she been attacking a police officer or charging them with a deadly weapon, then I could say she f****ed around and found out. As it stands, she was simply committing criminal trespass - which is a misdemeanor in most instances.
