Red flag laws are coming to everyone's state. It is a great first step in the incremental effort to implement the very same in this country. They violate about half of the Bill of Rights, and from what I've seen so far, the suckass republicans are not looking to send them to the dung heap, with the rest of the tyrannical nonsense the socialist democrats have dreamed up.
If they can do this over the dead bodies of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, and probably 10th Amendments, lock and load gentlemen. You have no rights.

I read an interesting study from a university about 20 years ago. Women are far more supportive of gun bans than men. The assumption has always been that more men own guns and go hunting.
The study examined female physical reactions to actual guns in a lab setting. They compared it to male reactions.
The conclusion was that men see the gun as an inanimate object (which it is).
Women see the gun as an entity that carries inherent danger by itself and must be kept at a distance. Like a poisonous snake.
