No, that's what "illegal immigration" is for.
This is "supposed" to be about allowing the best and brightest to be allowed to contribute to America's ability to succeed.
I expect the Trump administration to address those who abuse it.

Then Kilroy complains about them undercutting then you go to ziprecruiter and in Houston the postion he claimed getting like 120k was all being offered at 65-110k there was about 1200 jobs. He said Elon gives them 80k to be cheap
None of this makes sense
Cause it seems ppl are claimimg they are hiring less qualfied ppl for the same cost

They're both true.
It's illegal to pay less but it's done all the time, as the data proves.

Its not...This has nothing to do with best and brightest. O-1 Visas are used for that. The H-1B Visas are used to import less talented workers for cheaper cost to the corporations at the expense of American Workers. Trump admitted that. It's not America First Policy

Im talking IT Tech Engineers. Then lets discuss the the top .1% cause what salaries do Americans get vs H1 in those specific roles?

Although it is supposed to be for American companies to hire highly skilled foreign workers in specialized occupations. Usually requiring a college degree.
