That's all BS now. Didn't you see what happened with Biden and the Student loan forgiveness after the Supreme Court ruling. It all a facade. At this point Congress is just a way for these people to make money. My understanding it allows for a one-time 90 day extension to allow for the sale. The guy who wrote the legislation was on Fox this morning and said its a one-time only provision to allow a grace period for the transaction to be completed. They are not entitled to another one.
Barring that TikTok will have to be divested or go dark in the U.S.

How is he grandstanding looking into an issue that affects the income of many people and hurts many businesses?
Whole businesses (not just influencers) have been built using Tiktok. There is one guy from Louisiana I watched who now lives with his wife up in WI who got his BBQ pit building business off the ground solely because of Tiktok.
