Even though the debate of Orlean parish being corrupt is not an undeniable notion. What exculpatory evidence do you have regarding these so called 40K votes?

Rispone got a little over 13k in Orleans. If you believe he can on get 10% with numbers provided above, then you’re fooling yourself.

To put it in perspective- we are to believe Rispone got less votes than Vitter
AND turnout was 32% higher than the last election with EVERY new vote going to JBE
