This talk of a 2 part plan

I will guarantee that after conceding to part 1, part 2 will never be agreed upon. It will thereby afford the DACA/Deamers amnesty with a path to citizenship. The wall will be a piecemeal travesty and all of the afore mentioned will be able to get all of there immediate family into the country. This has been proven time and time again....

Yep, that’s exactly what happened under Reagan. He agreed to partially roll back tax cuts and allow for amnesty in exchange for spending cuts and border security that never came about. We’ve seen this before.

See Ronald Reagan and the results of his amnesty deal. Illegals got amnesty, the Dems got California ( a traditional Repub stronghold) forever and we got dicked on border security.

I don't even understand how DACA/Dreamers are being used as a bargaining chip. The hand doesn't have any leverage at all.
Let the government shut down and then do nothing but quote Dems from 2013 about how everyone is going to die if the govt shuts down.

The only leverage they provide is an emotional one. Dems know Republicans don’t want images of crying children being deported all over the news. At the same time, Republicans know that amnesty and voting rights for illegals flips atleast 5 states permanently to the Dems. That happens, it’s ballgame. The Dems will have cemented power in perpetuity.

It's insanity. The Republicans have the stone cold nuts on DACA and they act like they have dueces. They don't have to give amnesty to anyone.
Start deporting them until the Dims accept a budget. It's that simple.

There is little doubt the lying Dems will do this and I think most of the GOP will fall for it.
