If that's true, it should be no problem. From what I saw looking at this this morning, the nitrogen gas mask has only been used once or a couple of times, and only by Alabama. Report from its first use described a drawn out painful writhing that took a significant amount of time. Now Alabama has restricted observers, or something like that.
Sounds like a simple hearing may be in order.
