Bear with me here. This was absolutely hilarious.
This extremely lib girl that I know, posted on Facebook about coming home to her house where she walked in watching her family watching the RNC in their MAGA gear. She was “completely mortified” of course. Someone in the comments asked her why she doesn’t just move out (she’s 26 btw) and her response was that she didn’t have any money and her father refuses to pay rent for an apartment where she and her unemployed boyfriend can live.
I know, I know. Cool story. I just found it absolutely hilarious and really had to bite my tongue on that one.

I don’t know what he makes, but they live quite comfortably.
Although, the cost of living is pretty low in my area. I have acreage, outbuildings and an in ground pool for a little over 300k. Other areas of the country you’d be lucky to get two bedrooms in a non shithole neighborhood for that. Precisely why I love the area.

She should grow up and paint some puppies. People will buy puppy paintings, at the flea market for sure. As a matter of fact, she could probably sell puppy portraits from her Dad's office. People are crazy about their dogs.

My sister is a 40 yo unmarried Warren/Bernie socialist and depends on my parents for a job, insurance, laundry and half her meals.
She absolutely hates republicans but has to bite her tongue because my parents are both involved in county Republican positions. My mom was actually the county RNC chair for a time.
She has a private Twitter that she doesn’t know I’m aware of where she bashes republicans and my parents repetitively. She wants to talk shite but she knows she’d be out of a job if my parents ever saw what she wrote.
I’m not a snitch but I do occasionally screenshot things.

My aforementioned sister was kicked out at 26. She graduated college and just figured she’d stay there forever. Was completely shocked when they told her she had to be out 2 years after she graduated with her English lit degree that she never used.
She was just a bit weird at the time but she turned into a full blown commie somewhere in the last 14 years. She did finally complete the ensemble by getting a cat this year.
ETA: I do love her and would do just about anything for her but she is exactly what you think a 40 year old single socialist virgin woman is like.

Perhaps, but this is a pretty conservative area and she has a conservative family. I was a pretty hardcore liberal in my 20s and even slightly left leaning until all of this COVID bullshite hit.
She still has time to realize she’s unhappy with her life because she hasn’t put any effort into making anything out of it....or she could move to the west coast with her loser boyfriend and become a full blown drain on society.

A) it’s my sister. I am aggy poster. Not Alabama. If it were my brother you would be in the ball park.
B) 4’10, 250+ lbs, unkempt hair, coke bottle glasses. Nobody here wants to see that.
