Im starting to think a lot of the comments on this thread are from people who are either single or who have a wrinkly spouse 
This isn't a 10 year age gap which is normal if a woman wants someone more mature. 3+ decade age gap where the husband is old enough to have already had several kids by the time the wife was born
Kid will be a toddler when his dad qualifies for social security and the early bird specials

Yup old folks home for sure. Most of the ridiculous comments are coming from the 55 year olds and up.

Yes, I suppose many of us have a twinge of jealosy. But there are women like Karoline who consider guys under 40 yo as "too self-absorbed" and "immature." And maybe she always found her uncles, teachers and older guys more attractive and engaging?
Not saying it's a great thing, just that it is a "thing; just like guys who've always preferred older, mature women.
