If she were to somehow get into this race, and by some miracle were to win, she would not be allowed to take office.

She won't win. She won't run. She's gonna be lucky as hell to make it to November without being arrested.

If she does get into the race, the only reason would be an attempt to shield herself from prosecution.

About 10%, that’s right, about 10% of Dems want Hill Dog to get into another election. She blew a lay-up election and lost to a terrible candidate.
