Why not add in families of murderers or Walmart thieves or kids that steal candy from the drug store and burn ants with magnifying glasses.

I'm all for posters and the families of posters who make nonsensical strawman arguments receiving the death penalty without trial.

We certainly have the constitutional authority to expel them.

Why stop at terrorism? Why not just remove the families of those convicted of murder or rape?

Well my post was sarcastic to show how stupid that idea is. So there’s that.

So if you're stung by a hornet, do you:
Just kill the hornet that stung you?
or
Kill the hornet that stung you and get rid of the nest?

thanks for showing us who supports immigrant terrorists who murder citizens. Noted for the revolution.
Strannix, this sort of post is the reason it is so very hard to take anything you say seriously.

NO ONE said anything in support of any terrorist

This program is essentially civil asset forfeiture ... not only for the alleged criminal, but also for his entire extended family.

Any respecter of civil liberties should be concerned.

We do this all the time.

We isolate and freeze assets of known terrorists’ families around the world every day.

If a family member or members aided and abetted terrorism, that's a crime for which they can be charged, but just asserting that because person A committed an act of terror that his family is vicariously liable is absurd.

Seriously fellas, the idea that someone's home and property can be seized by the state and a person expelled from this country for no other reason than said person's family member committed an act of terror is frightening. Do y'all want James Comey with this power? John Brennan? Jim Clapper? Adam Schiff?

This law, were it to be implemented in this country, would be used against whites before it ever would be minorities.

This is great. It gives the scum bag terrorist something to consider before committing the act.

Wait, you are saying that this might involve issues of property rights and due process? Something more than “Terrorists bad, ugh.”

Apparently this is a hard concept to grasp.
