I feel like this is a plant from the GOP.
Which if it is... it's about damn time.

My town has 900...
And
We
All
Love
It!!!!
From age 10 through about 22, I lived in a town of 900, with a shirt 1.5 year stint in a town of about 300. And yes, I loved it.
I’ve now lived in a town of 3500ish since about '02 (still in the same county) and even today it feels too big.

Parents have no business in the classroom. That’s why we have schools. For a universal curriculum. If we let parents dictate what each school teaches then might as well homeschool everyone, but we don’t do that because most parents are fricking idiots
Most parents are idiots I agree... but schools and learning are much better when parents are involved in their kids education.
Every teacher I know... from the most conservative to the hardest, far-left, union-lover out there... all agree that parents need to be more involved in their schools.
Curicculim should be left to those who are experts at it... just like every other field out there. I want to go to a real doctor... not one who looked at a few YouTube videos and think they are now an expert.

So the answer is to turn it over to liberals who believe in eradicating failing grades, doing away with awards for achievement, grading based on race, and graduating illiterates like Baltimore does?
CRT at work, but they don't want normal people to see what they are doing to kids.
Amish elementary schools are taught by JHS and HS girls. Their students test among the top of their peers in PA. Baltimore spends huge amounts of money to produce functional illiterates. Makes me wonder what kind of racket they are running.

Klansman/blackface Governor, who promotes post birth murder of infants, provided they're made 'comfortable '??

People will tell you that they want to keep government out of the bedroom and I agree with that. But how can the same people justify keeping parents out of the schools?
But parents vote for government so there's an argument to be made that by keeping parents out of schools, you're keeping government out of schools.
By letting individual schools decide, you'd keep government out of school.
I don't quite get the issue and why it's become such a big deal. I don't quite understand why parents should decide what their kids learn - if I told school that I didn't want my kid to learn about Teddy Roosevelt, why
should that be allowed?
Am I misunderstanding the issue here?!

Wouldn't letting parents decide do exactly that?
I'm so confused why this has become an issue. Am I just misunderstanding the details here?

Keep parents out of the classroom?

That’s an unbelievably stupid sign. Talk about telling your constituents that they don’t give a shite what you think. This is not how things are supposed to work in this country. Drag these people out of their homes in the middle of the night lol

It matters when you are teaching young kids extremely toxic material that does nothing to prepare them for the future. People don’t want Marxists in their schools. Compound the fact that they have covered up vulgar crimes to protect their agenda, against children

If a kid is being taught common core math and the parent holds an Engineering degree, that parent already know more about math than the person teaching it.
