No. It was called Planter's or something when he had it. The word was they lost credit card privileges because "someone" was stealing customer's card information and selling it on the internet. I don't think he was charged but he lost the restaurant. I can't believe he found investors to back him on another go.

Planters is a bar upstairs that has pizza etc. That makes sense now because I was there a few years ago and couldn't use my card. I rarely carry cash, but I happened to have a few 20s out in my truck.
