There is a Buy American clause on pretty much all government contracts for quite a few years back. This sounds like it is about allowing more exceptions than anything.

WAIT! This is good news. What they do not realize is that republicans have been trying to reduce gov't spending for decades. Hiden will accomplish this with this new idiotic waiver. Agencies will not spend as much because they are not going to go to the WH to explain why they want to buy part A from foreign Company C.
