Give them a fair trial and then immediately the needler. Like right after found guilty. Room next door and strap them in.
The reality is criminals being emboldened when they get little or no punishment when caught on lesser violent crimes.
Give all violent criminals hard labor and lengthy sentences. Then tattoo their foreheads before release.

Anyone else ready for public executions for all violent crimes and thefts? We need to start culling the herd with a vengeance.
