Why is it necessary to preface your statement with "I am the first...."? I know what that means. To the left, it means, "I have credibility to speak on these issues, so you need to listen". Perhaps a State of Emergency can be ordered to bring in judges from neighboring counties. I don't know what real remedy there is. A judge gives an oath to uphold the Constitution of both the State and the U.S. There must be a violation.

Stating that you swore an oath to uphold the constitution and then breaking that oath and the law doesn't give you the moral high ground you think it does.
