They would have all been dragged into court, one by one, to give open testimony about how much they didn't like Trump (or in Tucker's case, how much he "passionately" hated Trump).

I think that had no bearing or relevance to the issue at hand.
But I do agree it was settled for reasons other than FNC winning on the merits of the argument.

At trial? Maybe not, but it would have been relevant enough to be questioned at the trial.

I still don't know if they win at trial, but there's no way Fox News survives that trial.
Each of the anchors could be grilled for DAYS having to admit they dislike Trump and thought "the Steal" was stupid, disavowing yokels on J6 along the way.

I have literally been telling people on here that Trucker is as GOPe as it gets and isn't this Patriot his schtick has created, but naw, Patriots know better
