If you define crime as meaning something that's already resulted in a criminal conviction, sure.

But either Cohen carried out this entire Stormy Daniels payoff escapade by himself, keeping it a secret from his client that he was paying off a potential vote changer late in the election, or,

Trump was a party to Cohen's attempt to clandestinely use an LLC to pay hush money and not declare it as a campaign contribution 10 days before an election.

Oh, and let's face it, he did frick her, he did lie about it in public and it may already have been under federal investigation. Given the use of search warrant rather than grand jury you'd assume Cohen and Trump probably didn't know what was coming - however while Cohen has been blowing himself up all over the newsmedia, Trump has been incredibly quiet about Daniels, for months now. Its the only subject he never addresses. Almost like he knew that there was a federal investigation going on and that any misleading statements he made were potentially a crime.
