Each one of these instances is describing a role or a title. Not a singular evil entity that was an archenemy of God. The concept of such a being didn't even exist until the 5th century, long after the stories of the OT.
The title, "The Satan" is used many times, but it signifies a title of someone who is subordinate to God and serves a role such as God's prosecutor or accuser.
If you look at the text of the stories you're quoting from, you'll see that it actually says things to the effect of The Satan, or A Satan. Not Satan specifically by name.
The Satan was a role given to someone on the Divine Council whose job it was to test humanity. It wasn't until later that the story became that Satan was a specific individual entity who acted according to his own devices. In the OT he was God's helper.

None of those verses have a "the" or an "a" in front of them...there is only one satan. If you had read the scriptures you would know it's not a name of anyone else but the one that wanted God's glory and he was cast down.
