You really need to try out the private sector for a little bit.
You really should try to rub two brain cells together and understand that just because someone has issue with this doesn't mean they are a government worker. I am not, so....carry on.

They are whining about having. To add a CC on an email they claim they already send. THAT is idiotic.
It's more than that, and you know it.
Nice try, Barry.

Perfect. What is your issue with having to CC an additional email to an email that is already being sent? Specifically. What about that is causing the trauma? Rub two brain cells together and provide a coherent response. B

this is catching people off guard or they would have send it on a fricking work day.

Did they send it monday?
No they sent it on the weekend.

Have they not been saying this was coming for a while.
So they know last week during the work week.

What percentage of government workers do you think aren’t aware of what is happening?
I would say a low %
This just an exercise in fricking with people.
People you fricks love it.

Not according to several federal employees that posted in this thread.
What more do you think it’s? Drafting an extra email a week? Is that the issue and what causes trauma?

I know you don’t work anymore, but there is no way when you did you would have whined about having to draft a 5 bullet point email once a week. You’ve become soft.

A lot of people in this thread need to be working on their email instead of crying here.

It wasn't even executed well. It was objectively poorly planned and executed. Yet, it will be defended at all costs.

If drafting a 5 bullet point email is fricking with people and they can’t handle it…perhaps this program is going to do exactly what is should do.

This thread just keeps getting better and better.
Why would a private sector citizen care about this?
Why white knight for something so minor?

A 5 bullet point email. I feel like im in Bizarro world. If that email is too much for an employee to handle, they don’t need to be an employee.

What stupid brain thinks accountability by govt employees is clown?
Posted on 2/22/25 at 8:59 pm to BBONDS25
what do you think they are trying to accomplish? They need to go ahead and RIF but they don't want to pay that. Every week is hunger games at this point. The last ones standing should get a big pay increase.

Same. I feel like I’m talking to aliens.

Oh, so it's just a minor waste of time and resources? Interesting....

I'd have correctly called out anyone who worked for me for trying to implement something that stupid.

Cc’ing an email you already send is shock and awe? Some of you really need to try out the private sector for a little bit.
In the private sector upper management doesn't completely subvert every level of management for notifications. Breaking chain of command completely undermines trust and communication. This isn't about efficiency but to completely destroy trust at every level.

Weeding out the employees that can’t handle drafting a 5 bullet point email.

You think it stops at a 5 bullet point email. This is just trolling by Elon. It will continue to get worse until they get the number they want to quit.

You are saying the same thing over and over as if it will eventually make you right. You can keep doing that as long as you want. The issues have been explained, you defend them. That's pretty much where this exchange stops.
