Fascinating documentary, specifically as it pertains to prosceutorial misconduct, for no reason other than political pressure. Even if the DA thought they had a case, putting Baby Phooey on the stand should have them disbarred. Just a modicum of effort into a thorough investigation would have this case thrown out of court.

Beyond the very end with the DNA thing, which I thought was quite sketchy, everything else was more than compelling

If anyone gives this guy half a chance, he's one hell of an investigative journalist. Did you even watch the documentary? I never said they were the same but there are some very disturbing things uncovered in Joel Gilbert's documentary.

Actually it wasn't. There was no media reaction to it for two months until the video surfaced and then the reporting was actually fairly accurate. Two (three actually) white men chased down a black man (who they profiled according to their own words in the police report) who turned out to be a jogger, in the area, jogging. They chased him down, cornered him and filled him up with shotgun blasts. Then their local buddies in the Law Enforcement apparatus covered for them while their family posted trophy shots of the dead body on Instagram.
