The one that shot her in lawful self-defense. Glad you are finally putting your two brain cells to work.

You do not know that. None of us do. None of us were in her head at the time to know what she was thinking or going to do.

All that matters is from that ICE agent's point of view, a vehicle was being driven right towards him. At that moment there isnt time to speculate on what may or may not happen or what her intentions may be.

What was the purpose of this obviously mature and well-trained ICEbot to attack a law abiding citizen? Why can't you people answer a simple question?

Failing to follow a police officer's lawful order is a criminal offense in most U.S. jurisdictions, typically a misdemeanor, which can result in arrest, fines, or jail time. You are generally required to comply with any command given by a uniformed officer at the time of the encounter, even if you believe it is unlawful, and challenge it in court later (unless you get your stupid arse head blown off)

I have answered your question, as have other posters, but you continue to glaze over it because you are retarded.

You canNOT ram your vehicle into a person.

Traffic violations. Obstruction. Resisting. Ignoring legal LEO orders. Suspicions of and actual criminal behavior.

That said, the LEO overreacted and fricked up.

What's lawful about randomly attacking a citizen in their vehicle? What law allows for that?

An ICE agent murdered an American citizen and left a child with no parents, and DHS immediately created a false narrative to support the killing instead of saying they would investigate it like any credible law enforcement agency would.

It's been answered 10 thousand times. But your dumb arse is trying to claim driving aggressively toward a federal law enforcement officer after being told to stop and exit the vehicle is not an issue at all.

I got an exercise for you... the next time you are pulled over in a traffic stop... jump out real fast and run toward the officer on foot. If you are lucky you will live to hear the court side with the officer.

Somewhat

He put himself in a bad spot/situation.

However, having to use force in order to protect yourself from a criminal should be commended.
