I'm actually a lot more moderate than I seem on this board. At least I thought I was.
I'm conservative in many ways, but I also have liberal beliefs. I don't think that all republican beliefs are correct. I'm registered independent. I actually vote based on what the politician says and believes. I'll vote democrat in a heartbeat if I side with their beliefs over the repub running against them. I've done it several times.

i'm a libertarian so i fall into liberal as much as conservative, which is why being lumped in with teh GOP always cracks me up

I was telling my mom, who is hard-core republican, that I'm going to start my own damn party.
I'm to the point now that I think they're all full of shite. Politicians need to spend less time talking about the "real world" and spend more time in the "real world".
I think we need to let the gays get married so they stop bitching. Legalize weed so everyone will be happy. Just leave our guns the hell alone.
Eta: I left out that once we let the gays get married, they have to stay married. They've bitched this long...no damn divorce.
