I compare it to athletes and coaches who stay beyond their usefulness to the point of hurting the team.
Their is no way her mental capacity is not affected. For goodness sake, years ago she was falling asleep in congress during prime time. Imagine how attentive she is when court is in session.

That is why you should not listen to the media. She has malignant pancreatic cancer that is never an acute issue. She has already had pancreatic cancer and it went to remission and now it has reoccured and it was bad enough that it need a gallbladder stent. The statement about it definitely treated it with radiation and no evidence of additional cancer at this time does not mean cured. It just means that the cancer responded to the radiation and it shrunk however it is still there and will probably start growing again in a few months. That is why to get the better chance of surviving they give chemotherapy and radiation. Based on what has been made public, she did not receive chemotherapy and radiation, she just received radiation and a stent which are palliative measures. Plus she has also had lung cancer that had metastasized to her ribs recently and she is in her upper 80s. She is not leaving the court as long as her heart is still beating, but given all of that information, I would be extremely surprised if she made it to Jan 2021,.

I am not dancing on her grave. I am presenting facts to back up my opinion that the reason why the liberals are going after Kavanaugh is to try and make replacing RBG before the 2020 election too difficult in hopes they can scare Trump not to nominate someone, or scare enough GOP senators to hold off on confirming.

They do and will try to remove him but it is not going to happen because the dems will not have 67 senate votes any time soon. So they are doing the next best thing and trying to stir up their base to make RBG's seat a political tool for the 2020 election. They were going to do this anyway because they are still pissed about cocaine Mitch having the balls to risk it all and not confirm Merit Garland, but I thought they would wait until this time next year. The fact that they are doing it this far from 2020 makes me believe that someone in RBG's camp told the democratic leadership that her seat will probably be open before this time next year.
