one of the main reason it is working is because the policies have caused uncertainty and disrupted the supply chain. when that happens that means geography matters again
the other reasons why are because AI and tariffs have leveled the playing field some on overall labor cost. Crazy if you do to them what they do to you....suddenly things self correct
