I don't think they should be removed but I don't have a problem with them being removed. I'm pretty indifferent on the subject really.

If linking statutes of Civil War figures to slavery is an acceptable reason to tear down statutes than certainly linking the DNC to the KKK should be sufficient reason to tear down the DNC is where the OP is headed.
