Per Elint news they do. I highly doubt that because Russia has more fighters and the same missile systems as the Ukrainians. However there is one indisputable fact. At the moment, the Russians do not have air superiority.
There is also a more likely reason why nobody is mentioning the UAF in the alleged counter-attack. The UAF doesn’t have night fighting capability on most of its planes.
