A related question, was there ever an arrest for the Ole Miss Football player shot & killed there?

Great!! That place is a latrine filled with low-lifes, Especially, in the southern areas. This will be a very tough attempt.
Worked there for a number of years. Anyone who has lived(lives) there knows the Mall of Murder (formally known as Mall of Memphis) is the epitome of their culture.
Memphians know that Poplar St to Beale St is safe, but don't wander south of there by a block or so.

I live here, love living here... and applaud this!

As a Memphian, I'll say confidently that we welcome the National Guard with open arms. We taxpayers are fatigued here, bad.
Would love to provide them support in some sort of way.
I'd borderline state the complete opposite today. From Beale going down main to EG Patterson (corner of Arcade) is seriously poppin' with a TON of new restaurants, hotels, etc. There's a lot of development happening the opposite way (of Poplar).
