Thats ok let him post. But at least 5 or more reply to his stupid shite and thats what really clutters it. Then he replies to them and its tenfold.
I can easily bypass his posts but its harder to sift through a thread when everyone replies to him as if they wrote a gotcha. No one will ever win replying to him and decent posters only lose by getting drowned out from his posts and those who continually reply.
Its usually why I abandon a lot of pol threads as it turns into a SFP/5 posters replying thread and is derailed completely and hard to actually discuss a topic.
