Hey, we're back to Feb. 28. We could have just done nothing and had the same result all along.

Trump got his teeth knocked out trying an ill informed military operation and a war he started, so now let’s starve the civilians?

I did not realize you loved those religious zealots so much. You know, the ones that wanted the nukes, hate America, and created that terrorist premium on oil moving through the the Straits of Hormuz.

Iran is done!!

This and the economic strategy should have started 6 months ago.

We seem to be getting our shite together now but it took 5 months too long.

Yep, the USA will come at you militarily, economically, and technologically when or if they have too. I love how the arguments have waned so quickly regarding Iran's position.

I knew on March 2, 2026 that Iran was done. The rest has just been timed to destroy the democrats in the mid-terms. You will not see another democrat house, senate or POTUS for the next 14 years!!

No they’re not. Maybe if we could keep the blockade in place for a couple years and get the likes of India, China and Pakistan to join in on sanctions but that’s not gonna happen. Eventually the gulf states will get sick of not being able to move oil like they used to and make their own deals with Iran like Oman is doing now.

I agree. This is a pretty big hurdle that has been crossed.

Why do y’all think the other gulf nations joined together against Iran, as difficult a decision as that was to make? Perhaps that they themselves move the majority of their own oil through the strait, and a history of Iran meddling with their efforts to freely traverse the strait? I love this phenomenon of folks thinking that this situation is the first time Iran has ever actively used the strait as a form of weapon and warfare against various entities, not the least of which being its neighbors.

What? I have no doubt other Gulf nations are tired of Iran but they don’t have the means to do much about without the US

If you do it too soon, the American voter gets too comfortable and forgets just how bad it was.
