Sure. I wouldn't rule out dental work earlier in the day. I don't think Trump has dentures. He's too rich for that. If he has fake teeth, and everyone his age does...they just don't last that long, he probably has implants. He may have been dealing with a temporary tooth on a new implant while the "real" tooth is being 3D printed.

I listened to the entire Trump/Elon conversation. The "lisp" was subtle. It was not consistent through all sentences.

If you see video of Trump on the call there was no lisp. It was clearly caused by the audio

Yes phone calls have compression issues, it lacks the bandwidth.
Its much better to talk through a mic in a studio if you want good audio quality.
