Kinda a weird thing to say when he is a Marxist (I would think). I mean, he was the only person who voted against dissolving the Soviet Union in the Belarus parliament

Criminal being the operative word. Impeachment is a political process and not affected by the first amendment

I do. And an originalist such as yourself should know that’s a term of art and know that phrase was understood to encompass all types of misuses of power and political abuses that did not rise to a criminal offense.
