I just watched the video. He says: "if we all started at the same time, I know some of the black dudes would smoke all of you".
That is all kinds of fricked up to say, but of course he sees nothing wrong with it.
Also, he keeps harping on "nothing you've done got you this head start". Yeah dude. No shite. It's things my parents did. And things I'll do for my kids. It's not some magical white magic. It having family values and good parents. That's not a white people thing. And it's not something the winner of that race can fix. Dumbass. frick that dude and I stand by my earlier statement.

If you watch the video, objectively the only big issue to take with it is the guy saying some of those black folks would smoke everyone thus making it about race. But at its core, the video is correct in that in life some folks are born into advantageous positions in life. Don't see what the issue is with that.

I didn't get that from the video at all but okay. I thought the point of it was to recognize that some people have it easier in life than others. It isn't like the folks who had the head start didn't run so the people behind could catch up. It was a representation of life, at its core.
Now you can make your own arguments and tangents on why some folks have it better than others but that wasn't the point of the video.

Privilege implies that it's something that you didn't earn. If there is a white privilege it's because somebody bled, sweated or died to create this country that we all are so privileged to live in. You want some privilege work for it. Right now I see a bunch of whiny crybabies making excuses.

Is he recognizing that these problems need to be fixed or is he stigmatizing functional behavior? Most liberals tend to do the latter. Google "nuclear family privilege".

One one hand progressives actively try to stifle any attempts to encourage traditional families in the black community, on the other hand they say it isnt fair that blacks dont have traditional families...

Exactly. It's not that the "privileged group" is ahead. They're at the starting line. It's that the rest of the group that's starting way back from the line

And you know you what you don’t hear? You don’t hear anyone placing blame on radical feminists for promoting the idea that women don’t need fathers to raise children. You don’t hear anyone wagging their fingers at people like the Lifetime network for rarely putting husbands and fathers in a positive light. These are the same who demonize old TV shows depicting traditional nuclear families like Leave it to Beaver, and Father Knows Best for being fictitious and unrealistic shows of American home life, but championing all shows with single moms making it on their own. It’s like a complete reprogramming of Americans has been going on for some time now, and nobody seems to recognize the effects of destroying the traditional American family unit has had on our society. It’s like it’s just one great conincidence.
