Dims aren't going to vote to impeach so it would not result in anything.

I do not disagree that the democrats would not vote on conviction or impeachment but if the house impeached a judge he would have to stand trial. Perhaps the federal bar looks at his opinions. He would have to mount a defense. One that involves a completely unacceptable and unlawful restraining order.

Let them and the judge defend these actions. Let him be forever tarnished. If you were a judge after this, you might think twice about your future before just moving forward because you are a democrat and want to hurt Trump.

I believe two thirds of the senate would have to vote in favor.

You are putting the cart before the horse. The house can impeach on a majority vote. At that point there is a trial in the senate with evidence. You think the judge wants this? You think the democrats are going to defend this particular judge issuing a 1am TRO to hurt trump without authority to do so. His politics comes into play, his other opinions. You can ruin this judge and send a message to all the others they need to follow the law or they will get brought before congress and possibly removed.

Remember, we made need 66% but we are already at 55% ..

Do things legally and there won't be a problem.

What, specifically has not been done legally and determined by a court to be illegal or in violation of any law?

The TRO rulings have not said that.

Over the years you’ve suggested you may have a bar card but the jig is up after these successive posts.

how so?

Having the HOR impeach the judge for this action is entirely within the constitution. Do you think this judge wasnt aware of the filing before? 60 page complaint with research on applicable law and a full TRO order without so much as a whisper to DOJ for a response?

You are better than that.

Impeaching these people is the answer. You investigate to make the case for removal and you find out just who was talking to who.

A very good chance of improper behavior here.

I agree, the house knows this, so public humiliation is the next best thing and some will be exposed, and they all know their on the clock
