A judge using basic rules of procedure would laugh this case out of his courtroom. It would never get to a jury. The whistle-blower complaint would be out because it is hearsay and the threshold to establish bribery is sketchy.....along with the fact that the President has a world of discretion in the conduct of foreign policy.
Fat Jerry and Plastic Nancy would know this.....and I suspect they do....but Jerry has not actually stepped foot in a courtroom in at least 30 years

I’m still trying to figure out what charges the jury would hear of actual crimes.

It would take a real judge 3 minutes to dismiss the entire case.
