The administrative state. The founders only called for three branches of government, not four. As it stands right now, there is the Executive, Judicial, Administrative (bureaucracy) and Legislative.

With what has gone on in the administrative state since its inception, its utter condemnation for the rule of law, for justice, for constitutionality; it needs to be disbanded. Yes, I’m talking about the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, DHS, and all other alphabet soup, unelected, unconstitutional agencies, departments, etc. They are not called for and they are not welcome to freedom minded individuals. They operate outside the Constitution which you and I have to uphold, along with a plethora of other laws on the books.

There can be no justice in the American political system when one side of government operates without laws. We’ve seen what the NSA has done with our data, we’ve seen and are seeing what the FBI has done in regards to elections and God only knows what else, and who the hell knows what the CIA is doing without a spotlight being shown on it.

This country started going downhill the moment these bureaucracies started taking grasp. We will never get back to a Republic unless we get rid of these.

They are chambers and why didn't you list the Presidential one?

You are aware those agencies you listed exist under the Executive Branch, right?

I understand that they did originally, but it seems pretty clear to me that they operate outside that branch now. Even if they’re still listed as under the Executive.

if true, trump should gut them all and start over.... since they are all under his control. I’m sure the swamp is ok with that....

Yet they refuse to turn over documents to the oversight committee.

Either congress is enabling them or they need to be shut down.

What we are seeing shouldn't be happening. These agencies have become their own branch.

Congress should cut funding, but they don’t have any balls. That’s their check on the out of control agencies.

The president has authority over those agencies. He can change the way they operate if he wanted to. His lack of action should tel you he’s not concerned with their lack of response to another co-equal branch.

They should’ve never been allowed to become agencies.

I would love to see Trump refuse to spend all the funds allocated to them.

I believe it was Coolidge that warned about unelected bureaucrats deciding how you live your life run your business etc.

Further back than that, it was Washington.
