Trumps plan is to drag this out through the election and hope that he gets elected so he can then have all charges dismissed-
Which he can do if president although it will be incredibly complicated and messy.

I also believe that’s mostly just applicable to civil cases (everything referenced there had to do with CIVIL discovery. Not matters where constitutional due process comes into play.

They have the ability to run these simulations now, with a high degree of accuracy.
Simulation research has been done mostly in the open, using the DOE/DOD capabilities for epidemics, so forth. for a while now. Their Covid simulations were accurate. Now the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation are doing them privately/profit.
