I'm thinking these all came from Melania to the wives. Biden's was probably actually his wife's. Probably an invite to something timed during the private burial thing or something and thus the reaction from Jeb.

You are confusing education with wisdom. I'm no liberal. I voted for Trump and I freaking LOVE and respect Melania. But ever since the coat, I've looked at her 'reading the tea leaves' a little differently. I think she's a babe in the woods amongst these kinds of people and I can totally see her doing that invitation thinking it was a nice gesture and something to build some kind of 1st and 2nd ladies club as a thing where they could share experiences and maybe help out the new one's coming in.
If she did that, she was NAIVE to believe it was remotely possible and that this was the right place to pull it. She probably did it hoping to get them all in the same room while they were all in town together.
