I have written my congressman about this issue and I am considering bringing a federal case. My congressman is Neal Dunn in Florida. He responded and sent me FOIA paperwork for me to fill out so he can request information on my behalf.

We don’t need to unionize we just need to stand together in a federal courtroom and demand that a federal judge follow the law or face being removed from the bench by the people.

Not sure how we ever got the 16th amendment? Has anyone challenged it in court before? The founding fathers started killing people over tariffs. Can you imagine what those frickers would have done over income taxes?!?!

No, and I have no problem paying taxes. I have a problem giving my money to a government that isn’t doing what they are being paid to do. Any politician that has made a dime from his/her office should be put in federal prison.

Our income tax system is currently set up where the middle class is paying the lower class not to rebel and take out the upper class.

Personally I don't mind paying taxes for necessary services but when they start using it for bullshite like studying a frickin salt marsh frog and giving free benefits to illegal immigrants I tend to take exception to that.

I’ve often wondered what it would be like having a form attached to your income tax at the end of the year that had check boxes to denote where your tax dollars went.... I bet we would have a lot better highways and far superior weapons for our military.

Got bad news - but if people did this, the government would just take the money out of your personal accounts anyway

While I dislike unions, you have a brilliant strategy here. Dems love them some unions. If we created a Taxpayers Union the Dems would be torn between supporting unions and disavowing our union based on the goal.
Then again, the type of union they support is really just dems banding together to give the money that belongs to the union to the higher ups and dem candidates to help keep themselves elected so...

All it would really take is folks changing their withholdings on form W4 to have nothing withheld.
