Not everything is R vs L or D vs R.

Was he just trolling then or trying to be sarcastic?

The same thing as Israel did when pirates kidnapped Americans of the coast of Somalia and the U.S. used its military in response. Nothing except be supportive and allow the Israelis to take the actions they deem necessary.

He is very proud of his Jewish heritage. He is being very serious.

And I agree, we do have a certain degree of melodrama here regarding "R vs L or D vs R."

Doing nothing about the violence in the mideast is the same move that every president has made since there was violence in the mideast.

The problem will never be solved and we will be talking about it 50 years from now.

Will Obama say anything worth a crap? Will Michelle hold a hashtag sign in remembrance? Will McCain and Graham want us to bomb Hamas? Will Rand Paul act like nothing happened and say not our call?

Did anyone of those folks say anything when IDF snipers murdered two Palestinians in cold blood on Nakba Day last month? Does anyone have proof that somebody in the Palestinian government (Hamas or Fatah) was behind this?

yes I am considered a liberal in TD circles on social and economic issues but definitely a war hawk.

Only with regards to Israel I'll bet. Did you support the Vietnam War?

That does make it some of our business, at least a little.

I think the only time the U.S. government should get involved is if a government was behind the murder of an American abroad, otherwise, the that countries criminal justice system take care of it.

JEAUXBLEAUX, are you pro-settler, pro-Likud? Whenever I've asked how you feel about Israeli politics in the past, all I get is crickets from, but in light of this thread, I'd like to know where you stand on the Arab-Israeli conflict?

He means the Arabs who live in Israel, the West Bank and Jordan.

No. He's a J-O-O - and it is fairly well known they support Israel (as do many on the right), while Barry is not exactly fond of Israel.

Oh ok. He should just say that then, instead of making up words.
