Rep. Haley Stevens attempted to inject some blue-collar Michigan fire into her U.S. Senate campaign over the weekend. What she produced instead was a viral political blooper that left viewers comparing the Democratic congresswoman to Chris Farley, a motivational speaker and an overcaffeinated character from “Parks and Recreation.”
