i think he is trying to say why didn't your employer just give you that raise? Which makes zero sense considering the employer already gave that money but the government was confiscating it before. Now the feds are just stealing less.

My wife just got paid. She gets paid once a month. Extra $322. So additional $3864 in take home pay for the year. I'll find out my tax break later today.
