If a judge has personal religious objections to it, they should not be forced to do it. It should be passed off to another judge who agrees to do them.

I agree.

Religious beliefs only go so far. If you are a Muslim, for example, you shouldn't take a job at a pork slaughterhouse and then expect to not have to touch anything that has touched a pig because of your religious beliefs.

The entirety of a judge's job is to uphold the law. If he or she can't do that due to religious beliefs, they have to step down. Society can only bend so far to accomodate.
