Now just think if the 17th Amendment didn't exist and state legislatures still appointed US Senators. How different things would be.

The US want non citizens to vote. I understand expanding powers to blacks and women in the 20th century. But when is enough enough? Are we going to let everyone within our borders vote? If so, Democrats have to value our borders more instead of opening the borders up to cartels and terrorists.

It's gonna suck for us in Cali but hopefully we come out ahead in the end. Sacramento is about to frick our world up. I hate that freaking place.
Whatever. Spreading a D or R majority thinly over more districts tends to backfire when the public is unhappy with you.
