A roadblock in stateline Mississippi to make money. My son was scared to death, they didn’t test shite, etc but told him he had to admit he had marijuana or go to jail so he signed form.
Since it was legal Delta 8 I thought I would just get the receipt from smoke shop and moved to dismiss. It was then when I realized it didn’t matter in Mississippi. I eventually got it dismissed but if I wasn’t a lawyer it would have cost me at least 5k probably closer to 10k.

Texas might be trying to discourage all the California Liberals from coming to Texas. Might work.

Damn, that's ridiculous. As a lawyer, what do you suggest needs to be done to put an end to this kind of bs on both a state and federal level?

I’m honestly surprised by how flexible Oklahoma is with THC. It’s basically almost a free-for-all, similar to alcohol. The majority of cops don’t even seem to care about it.
My buddy is a cop in Stillwater. He said they don’t even care about weed anymore. If they pull over a car and it stinks like weed, as long as it’s not the driver they don’t do anything at all.
And I would say it’s more open than alcohol. Weed dispos are allowed to be open on Sundays and don’t have to be closed early like liquor stores.

I think there's a lot more support in reform on cannabis among conservatives in recent times. About damn time and I am one. We don't all fit in a box neatly.

Oklahoma is underrated imo. My sister lives there with her family (Tulsa burbs) and they have an awesome life.

Tulsa and OKC are starting to turn into crime ridden shitholes though.

The natural decay of modern society.
Its happening everywhere. Competency crisis + entitlement + broken families.
The Cloward-Piven strategy never went away; it just morphed.

They used to not allow random roadblocks like that in Louisiana and Mississippi. They were deemed unconstitutional. They are a huge public intrusion and danger. I was almost killed on a random roadblock on 49 on way to Oxford N of Hattiesburg. The mfers blocked traffic for miles and I was right over the hump of a big hill and a big 18 almost creamed me, he locked them up and was sideways for a second but managed to go to into the side and i managed to gun it to the other side. I was so stupid in those days I drove to the MHP head office in Jackson to complain. No one was around, so I wondered around the MHP HQ for about 10 minutes and gave up. (No fricking clue where everyone was it was weekend but weird)
That’s the solution they need to be unconstitutional again.
