I'm sure you fully support this decision and the judge that made it, don't you?

Don't tell me... you are simply passing along information.

She was probably the DA.

She should start a GoFundMe to pay these fines.

This Lady Liberty deserves support.

State and local laws CAN NOT supercede the constiution.

I’ll make this as simple as possible: they can if the Supreme Court says they can.

Texas has less than half the cases as Louisiana and many times the population.

Having said that the barber shop:hair salon thing is ludicrous.

Here's the GoFundMe. Not sure who the organizer is, or his association is with the salon owner, though, but... they have raised a whopping $48,157 so far.

GoFundMe

*Holy shite! Over $108k now!

What law was broken? An illegal edict by an elected official?

I certainly wouldn’t lie down on the ground and squeal “you can’t do this” if they did.

These aren’t laws being passed by legislatures or voted on by the public. These are arbitrary rules or edicts passed, usually by one person.

They will be busy. There is no way that court, as currently constitued, is not going to reel in the overreach we have witnessed.

Youre an idiot if you think they are going to rubber stamp what has happend at local and state levels.

If it was a law to wear a condom on the top of your nose, you’d support it.
