Twitter posters are all over it. What a saw were it was a black Englishman and a Black Caribbean. One says shouting Allah Ackbsr. Starmer says it's an "incident" . Report of elderly man stabbed protecting a woman. Press trying to say Not Terrorism. I guess they think were all stupid . can't find any details on victims yet. Prayers for victims and their families.

Looks to be a Muslim based attack - one identified as Hewasan R Adar, other is Wenuit Allah Long

Do you have a link that confirms it was a "Muslim based attack"? I have not seen anything that indicates this.
The reports I am seeing say that one of the suspects, the one that is Caribbean, has already been released. He was arrested by accident. There was a single attacker. The main suspect was born in the UK. It appears he was looking for "suicide by cop" as he was yelling at the police to kill him.
