What weapon was used to kill that poor Ukrainian woman? A knife wielded by a democrat.

What about when Jesus used a whip to drive out money changers? You’re no Christian.
Jesus didn’t do that in defense of himself or use a weapon designed to take a life. Jesus used the whip to drive out the animals. The text does not support it was used on people. It was a fulfillment of Isaiah 69:9.
Thank you for showing an example of trying to twist scripture to support the beliefs you hold.

Jesus disarmed Christians in rebuking Peter for pulling out his sword. There is zero Biblical examples other than this rebuke of Christians acting in violence towards others.
Can you see where you are deficient in your interpretation? Jesus rebuked Peter not the sword or peter wouldn't be carrying it in the first place, he'd been with Jesus for awhile by then. I don't think it was a Christian that assinated CK or that is what I choose to believe.

My interpretation is not deficient. Peter was a fisherman and the blade necessary in that work. Jesus explicitly rebuked him using it on a person.

He rebuked Peter for using the sword on his enemies. Not for carrying one. So Jesus it seems he didn't mind his disciples carrying a sword. It has more to do with the hearts of men.
The assassin is soulless and those that celebrate CK's death are soulless imo.

He used a weapon. Worse, according to your logic, he wasn’t in danger. He used a weapon to chase people that weren’t threatening him away.
I appreciate you slipping and admitting you don’t think people should be able to defend themselves, though.

Typical liberal projection.
ETA: still waiting on that vast list of scholars you claimed existed.

It is really sad that Christians listen to those like Kirk who spread heresies and see how it distorts how they understand scripture.
Kirk openly supports the unbiblical Dominion theology that there is a divine mandate that Christians work to gain control of religion, family, education, government and media.
Such theology has no basis in scripture.
Kirk’s teachings replace the kingdom of God with the kingdom of man. Jesus explicitly stated his kingdom is not of this world (John 18:36).
Jesus himself rejected political dominion (Matthew 4:8-10) which should be glaring warning sign to MAGA who wish to establish a Christian nationalism.
Dominion theology perverts the Gospel into a blueprint for a Christian state.

Continuing to accuse Jesus of evil will not serve you well.
Whips are used to drive animals. And that is exactly what Jesus used it for. He didn’t use it to strike people to harm them or kill them.

You are wrong. There are many examples in the old testament where God gave his chosen people dominion over other nations.
You can't ignore the old testament it is also scripture.

I’ll leave all of you to it.
You can either open your eyes and hearts to study the actual words of Christ and follow him.
Or you can continue to follow those like Kirk who wish to promote unbiblical teachings for political power.
When it is time to answer to Christ, you can’t claim you didn’t know. You’ve heard his teachings.
I pray you repent and follow Christ, not man who will tickle your ears.

I’m not a boomer. I have two school age kids and none of them give a frick about Charlie Kirk. They know him as one of the pro gun nuts that love their guns over dead kids.
That’s a very small sample size and the fact they mirror your views is not surprising.
The fact is CK is quite popular among teenagers and to those in mid 20’s. Sorry that bothers you but it’s true, please don’t shoot over me telling the truth.

Guns are don't kill people. They are objects. Evil people kill people.
I was raised around guns. None of them ever hurt me
My dad taught all of us gun safety. I felt safer with the guns.
Then when I was at work, an evil person came in and shot and killed 7 of my co-workers. I'm lucky to be alive.
Oh, and he would have passed background checks. He had a top secret clearance. (Richard Farley. Company was ESL in Sunnyvale, California.)It happened in the late 80s)
