So Trump and Schumer’s plan to spend $2 trillion tax dollars on “infrastructure” now have made them trade buddies. Schumer tweeted support of Trump’s plan to further punish Americans with tariffs.

There are no conservatives in government.

Boeing off another 3% this morning.

Those multinationals that want to invest more in China are nervous.

Good. Plenty of other countries out there for them to invest into that are not stealing from the USA.

Glad Trump is the President!

All the added benefits of the deal is worth the short term tax increase. IP theft, and knock off protections alone will surpass it. If we can get them to pull back on their shady intl dealings/investments, and their military investments then it's better long term.

Anyone that thinks china doesnt want to cuck us is a naive cuck coward. Plain and simple.

It would be like one major industry company letting it's largest competitor dictate how they should do things.

We need to teach china how we doing things or they will be teaching us. We need to stop letting foreigners abuse or laws, and good will.

No.

This may simply be Trumps reaction to Biden getting to speak to the union meetings last week. His ego is so fragile that something that small could have triggered his tweets.

The democrats are fighting for the union states they lost and Schumer knows this crazy tariff talk is popular with union voters.

Don’t forget Trump bribed them last week with $2 trillion in deficit spending.

Do you really think this is going to stop IP theft? Are you that naive?

The Chinese are implementing stronger IP laws and that is good. Those laws will protect Chinese IP too and allow their companies to have more profits.

Just last week China allowed US investment banks to set up shop in China without taken on Chinese partners.

Making foreign capital more available and protecting IP will help the Chinese economy.

Don’t forget this entire trade war is for the benefit of US multinational companies wishing to do business in China. This is about IP protection in China and about ending the forced partnerships.

VP He understands these things will greatly benefit China. He wants a deal. Hopefully Mnunchin and Kudlow prevail inside the Trump administration and the democrats Navarro and Ross are ignored.

Hit a nerve with you didnt I. Obviously know where you fit in my comments.

Something is better than nothing at the moment. I was told yrs ago that china only goes after knock-off violators of 3 companies. Something needs to be done, and most anything is better than now. Or we can continue to be like you with your head in the ground, and arse up.

Domestic Chinese companies want IP protection too.

This entire trade war has been about protecting US companies investing in China.
